  NEWS Team Moving to Charlotte! Talented Female Driver Signs Letter of Intent for 2009! American Le Mans Series Delivers Noteworthy Television and Attendance Gains in 2008!  We are now accepting resumes from drivers & crew members wishing to test for our 2009 Mazda Team ! Focusing on Young Kart Drivers  Stars & Stripes Motorsports as seen on our SCCA school trailer supports karting. We are proud to have an association with the Stars of Karting presented by the Indy Racing League and the ChampCar Rotax Kart Challenge. We at Stars & Stripes believe that the future and foundation of the newly formed Indy Car Series will be to offer young karting drivers opportunities to move into Star Mazda, Atlantics, and Indy Pro Series. Providing a stepping stone from karting to formula cars is not new, Europe has known that for years! Stars & Stripes Motorsports is extremely interested in drivers from these karting series that would like to pursue putting together a Pro Mazda effort with us for 2009. We are blessed to have available the help of a first class engineer, lead mechanic and 2 ALMS drivers as driving coaches for this effort.
